Omg if you are outside in the winter or need to take your kids to the bus this little hand warmer is a must have are you tired of having cold hands let me tell you you will not have any more cold hands using this rechargeable hand warmer these are on my gift list this year for my kidsTakes a while to charge up but once it is, it lasts so long! I brought this out ice fishing with my friend and it kept me nice and toasty all day and was barely used up. Love that it doubles as a charging port too!The heat levels work to warm my fingers when neededTo large, guess I should have looked at dimensions.Product arrived as estimated. Works as describedThis hand warmer/power bank works well to keep your hands warm and can charge your devices when traveling.Like others like this, you can heat or charge, but not both at once.It offers three heat levels like most other warmers, but offers an additional LED to give you more accurate info about remaining battery level. So, 4 lights=25% increments instead of just 3= 33% increments. That’s a nice feature.My warmer arrived partially charged and was fully charged in a couple hours. A 2’ long charging cable was included, which seems perfect for my needs. Some warmers include an additional Micro USB port, which could be useful. I’m ok with just the USB A and USB C included.The battery seems better than others. The 10k mAh is a standard size, yet the seller claims this will heat up to 15 hours, presumably Level One, exceeding other, similar-sized batteries by 1-3 hours, which is pretty cool. I haven’t tested that claim yet though I plan to and will update this if I find a discrepancy or any other issues.The heat output claim is accurate, as I checked it on Level One, with my digital infra red thermometer. It checks out, which is better than some that have weak heat. Across the top surface I saw 105+ degrees Fahrenheit up to a smattering of 111’s and a single 112. That’s plenty warm for most. It warms up quickly. Levels Two or Three may be too warm for some.The main top and bottom surface has a thin, skin-like coating, although not really soft or spongey. The perimeter “bumpers” are a matte black, hard plastic and the vertical “wall” is shiny, gloss black plastic. I’d prefer matte black all around.The two USB ports have a silicone “plug” or swing-away door to prevent debris/moisture ingress. The thing is a bear to open though and it should absolutely have a raised front edge to make access user-friendly. The plug is not a feature found on all hand warmers and I think it’s an important feature to have. So, kudos for having it. It also has a slender “keeper” or tether which prevents losing the USB plug, another smart move.This comes with a dark gray, velvety carry bag, with opposing drawstring closure. It works to help protect your precious warmer/ battery from slipping out of a shallow pocket. This is a good thing, as I did have another warmer fall out when I was getting out of my car. I wasn’t using the cloth bag, D’oh! The bag will prevent dings and scratches, just in case you do drop it. The strings have been heat-sealed on their ends, to prevent unraveling. Just an extra step not always found on other bags for warmers.The stretchy and strong silicone wrist strap will fit any hand and is not tight on your wrist. It doesn’t easily attach to the device and the makers could have made it easy to do so by making the insertion point a proper U-shaped channel to guide the string. What were they thinking?After struggling with it, I grabbed a thin-wired twist-tie and removed all the paper. I inserted the wire into the string loop and folded it in half. I curled the open end into a small “hook” and put it into one of two small, square openings opposite the USB ports. Finally, I pulled the tiny bit protruding out with a needle nose plier, removed the wire and fed the wrist strap through its own lower-portion loop to secure it. Whew! Done.I have to say, on the whole, this is an impressive, well-designed and implemented warmer and battery that would make a thoughtful gift for someone you care about. It should last for many years, with proper care. The heat operation is easy and I like where the control button is located. Others have large, “dorsal”-located buttons that can be inadvertently altered. This button is minimal and yet, perfectly adequate, providing an audible “click” with each power activation.The four blue battery power level indicator lights are a cut above the rest, as mentioned. The single, bright green, blue and red heat level indicators are simple and intuitive and shine through the carry bag, albeit barely.This earns a solid 4.5 Stars. The USB plug access and the wrist strap insertion were minor niggles, yet areas for future product improvement.Update 12/24/21For easy access to the USB ports, press strongly onto the tethered side of the silicone port cover. Maintain this pressure as you slide your finger across the surface. It should create enough expansion to allow you to work it upward to open it.Although costing more than some in this 10k mAh class, this represents a good value, for what it offers. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommended.Great for teaching outside!Our girl scouts stand outside grocery stores for selling girl scout cookies & these have helped keep the girls hands warm & helps emphasize reduce & reuse!!
